RETURN POLICY

  • We accept returns within 90 days (unless otherwise noted on the product page).
  • Returned items must be in original condition, including tags, booklets, and labels.

REFUNDS

  • Refund will be issued to original payment method.
  • 15% restocking fee will apply to some returns.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Just FYI.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Food products, undergarments, products with downloadable content, items that have already been worn or used, and other items as noted on the product page cannot be returned for refund or store credit.

APPAREL EXCHANGES

If you need a different size of an apparel item you ordered, just pay shipping to return the old item, then email fearlessfathers2016@gmail.com with your new order number, and we will refund the shipping & any promotional price difference. Note that we can’t do apparel exchanges for orders shipped outside the U.S.

In the email, please include:

  • Your name
  • Original order #
  • New order #

FAQ

How can I make a return?

To return an item, you need to first e-mail us at fearlessfathers2016@gmail.com so we can help coordinate the return. NOTE: Any item that is returned without prior coordination will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. Once contacted, you can mail the item to:

Also, please securely package the returned product within an outer box, then place the shipping label so it is clearly readable on the exterior. We strongly suggest you use a shipment method which includes tracking.

We highly recommend you contact us before shipping so we can coordinate the return and refund/store credit as required. Simply send an e-mail with your request to fearlessfathers2016@gmail.com. Note the order number and date it was received to help us help you quicker.

What if I received something as a gift?

You may absolutely return it, however you’ll need to contact us via e-mail for assistance. If you can provide the email address, first and last name, or last name and zip code of the gift giver, we can get your return started. Just note that gifts may require a little extra work and time on our end.

How long do returns take to process?

Return processing can take up to 2 weeks. If you have not received a refund after that time, please contact Customer Service with your order number for more information.

I live near Reston and/or Seattle (where our warehouse is located). Can I return my purchase in person?

As much as we love meeting our customers face-to-face, returns cannot be handled in person.
